“Your storage is full” – You’ve probably seen this notice while uploading a file to Google Drive, adding a new movie or photo to Google Photos, or simply retaining emails in your mailbox. Finally, Google is removing the need for Google Workspace Individual accounts to manage storage. Google is raising the current 15GB free storage to 1TB in an effort to help customers build their businesses, connect, and work more successfully.

How to get an upgrade from 15GB storage on Google to 1TB?
You don’t have to do anything to receive the extra storage: “As we push this out, every account will be automatically upgraded from their current 15 GB of storage to 1 TB,” Google revealed in a blog post. Google also agrees that as a company grows, users will need more documents, data, and digital assets to manage and store. In such a case, Google Drive comes to the rescue. It supports over 100 file kinds, including PDFs, CAD files, and pictures.

Furthermore, users may quickly collaborate and modify Microsoft Office files without having to convert them. Not only that, but Drive includes built-in malware, spam, and ransomware protections, so users don’t have to worry about accidently exposing themselves to malware by opening a document.
You are not required to do anything! Google will automatically increase the storage cloud data limit on all Google Workspace accounts from now until the end of the year.
