Google Pixel 7 review: The most refined Pixel yet

Google’s smartphone aspirations underwent a complete overhaul with the Pixel 6 series last year. The business unveiled brand-new hardware with the now-iconic visor camera bulge, a redesigned user interface that changes colors according on your wallpaper, and a new Google Pixel 6 Pro model that stands out from the standard model in terms of appearance and feel. It’s encouraging to see that Google is sticking to its guns with the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro after such a significant move. The Pixel 7 is one of the best Android smartphones available because it builds on the trend that the Pixel 6 started and refines it.

The Pixel 7 is to the Pixel 6 what Android 13 was to the Pixel 12 in a similar way. While adhering to Google’s features-over-specs vision for the Pixel range, it is a more streamlined, more attractive piece of hardware that eliminates some of the main annoyances of its predecessor. Given that Google has positioned the Pixel lineup as its vision for Android, it carries some weight, but after using the phone for a while, we believe Google has succeeded.
